Adoption Process

Adoption Process - When rats have their eyes open around 2-3 weeks old I will post photos of them and list them as available for adoption. Please make sure you fill out an application as soon as you're interested in adopting rats to hold the ones you'd like. Once the babies are 5 weeks old, they'll be ready to go home and I'll contact you to arrange your pick up. Pick up will be in Wildomar, CA.

Adoption Agreement - When adopting, you will automatically be agreeing to the terms in the contract that you will properly care for the baby. It also states that you will not breed the baby as well as the two week health guarantee. Click here to see an example of the agreement.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is done according to the traits the rat has. Rats must be kept in twos or more as they are highly social animals. I accept cash or Paypal. If you cannot pick up your baby within a week of the available date then I ask that you pay half of the amount as a deposit and I will hold it until whenever you are ready. (Works well if you're going on vacation or need more time to buy supplies.)
